I started as an engineer in India, worked at Deloitte, founded an ed-tech startup at 24, and in 2017 moved to the United States with no network and no degree.
I rebuilt everything from scratch—and in three years, earned four promotions to become a Director on the University of Washington's largest finance transformation program. That journey taught me what actually works to transform yourself & career from inside out!
Today, I combine my experience in executive leadership, technology, consulting, career strategy, yogic philosophy & wisdom gained through my entire life and career and holistically coach the whole you! The pattern I kept seeing
From my first day as an engineer to sitting at the Director’s table, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Brilliant women. All the hard skills. And yet they hesitated to speak up, to ask, and to negotiate for the salary, the title, or the flexibility they had already earned.

The real problem isn’t confidence. It’s dependency.
I’ve watched women spend generously on family but hesitate to invest in themselves. They wait for a husband, father or brother to weigh in on their investments. They ask a man whether a job offer is “good enough” and how to negotiate it.
Asking for advice isn’t the problem. (I’m a coach, I love a good consult 😄) The problem is dependency: the quiet belief that we can’t decide for ourselves. That belief caps our growth, our income and who we get to become.
I see moms running on empty, holding it all together at work and at home. I see women going above and beyond for everyone except themselves. I see women doubt themselves mid-meeting, depending on who’s in the room.
It’s true for South Asian women, for immigrants and for women everywhere. It’s sharpest in Big Tech and in leadership, where the rooms are still mostly male.
It’s 2026, and the data still says it plainly
• A record 55 women lead Fortune 500 companies this year — just 11% of the list. The first woman-led company doesn’t appear until rank 18. (Fortune)
• Women hold only 29% of C-suite roles, a number that hasn’t moved since 2024. (McKinsey & LeanIn)
• The gap starts early: only 93 women are promoted to manager for every 100 men, and only 74 women of color. (McKinsey & Company)
• Women are the majority (52.3%) of U.S. workers in management and professional jobs, but only a third of chief executives. (DPE AFL-CIO)
• No woman has ever been CEO of a U.S. Big Five tech giant, and women hold just 12.2% of STEM C-suite roles. (Spacelift, Change in Content)
