How each Service is delivered

• Coaching sessions: held live over video call (Zoom or Google Meet). After payment, you receive a confirmation email with onboarding details and a scheduling link within 24 hours.

• Digital products: delivered by email as a downloadable file immediately after successful payment. If it hasn’t arrived within 2 hours, check your spam folder, then reach us through the Contact page on this website.

• Group programs: joining links and materials are emailed before the program start date.
